Guest Accommodations

The Nines would be delighted to accommodate reserving a block of rooms and reserving them specifically for the event, provided there is a signed contract. The contract signer will be financially responsible for 90% of the rooms being picked up by the group.  If the group would like to not be obligated to sign a contract, we would create a link that would provide a discount on our best available rate at the time their guests book. You could then share with your guests. With the discount link, rates will fluctuate depending on occupancy and are not guaranteed. 

If you decide to sign a contract, you will be provided a conference services manager who will assist you up to your wedding date. You will also have the option to use Stargroups which will allow your guests to go to a personalized website that we set up for you to make online reservations. These options are not available with the discounted link.

As an added benefit, we are pleased to provide you with a dedicated Planning Manager to assist you with the details of your reception.  Your Planning Manager will be happy to help you with special décor options, entertainment arrangements, ice sculptures, transportation, room reservation and many other custom services.
