Join us for the most exciting two minutes in sports and an afternoon of the perfect excuse for day drinking!

The Nines hotel is thrilled to present Join us May 2nd for the inaugural Churchill Nines … a luxury viewing of the Kentucky Derby! Exciting activations, Insta-worthy moments, experiential Southern fare, and curated cocktails celebrating the greatest two minutes in sports. Churchill Nines promises to be the Rose City’s social event of the spring!

An afternoon of fashion and day drinking with friends decked out in fantastic hats, floral sun dresses, and bow ties with contests for best dressed, most dapper hat, and most dashing couple! Doors open with mint juleps, grazing, mechanical bull, corn hole, horse betting, raffles, and photo-finish portraits to commemorate the occasion … all to benefit our nonprofit partner, Portland Backpack who ensures children we see every day eat every day.
