DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, May 31\, 2025 \nCare Oregon Info Booth: 6:30pm-8:00pm \nStarlight Run: 7:00pm – 8:00pm \nStarlight Parade: 8:15pm -10:15pm \nThe Portland Rose festival will kick off on Friday\, May 23rd and on Saturday\, May 31st the Starlight Run and Parade will take place and make its way past The Square along SW Broadway\, with an announcement tower at The Square near the corner of SW Broadway and SW Yamhill.  In an effort to support the event the Square’s all-user public restrooms will remain open from 6:30pm-10:30pm.  CareOregon will also be onsite with an information booth on the corner of SW Morrison & Broadway.  They will arrive at 4:15pm to set their equipment.
