Go on a Wine-Tasting Road Trip Through Oregon’s Willamette Valley with a rolling landscape.

Portland’s backyard is a rolling landscape of picturesque farms, quaint towns, and forested trails. Popular among outdoor lovers, Willamette Valley is the state’s largest wine region home to two-thirds of Oregon’s vineyards—about 550 wineries.

Spanning 150-miles from the Columbia River near Portland to Eugene, along the Willamette River, the valley is an idyllic countryside with more than a few epic vistas. Red wine enthusiasts will be delighted to know that, picturesque as it may be, the area is also recognized as one of the premier Pinot Noir producing regions in the world.
